holiday writing

 I did a holiday recount a recount is these styles have the same types of words and structure but there are some differences.I learnt how to writing a recount.I did it because we needed to writing what you did in the school holiday. This is my writing:

In the school holidays I went to Greymouth with Mum, Dad, Chelsea,  Levi, Maddie and  Mariah.  I went to the warehouse and I got some colouring in books and colouring in pencils.On Sunday I made paper mache with my family. You need to blow up a balloon and then you need flour and water to make the glue. You need to cover the balloon with newspaper. We are making a piggy bank. It  took a long time to dry. We need to do the next layer of newspaper. We need to still put the egg cartons on for the feet and the nose. It is fun. Have you done it before.

 Today at Kaniere School we had wacky hair day.We did it for kids cancer. Lacee  did my hair.what do you think about it.

Procedure writing

We did a procedure writing  today.  We did Matariki art. We yse  chalks pastel.

I believe Matariki should be a public holiday. It would be one  Maori public holiday and we should celebrate it, because we celebrate the other one’s.

Firstly this is a Maori holiday and it is special to New Zealand.

There are lots of public holidays, but there are not many in winter. You get to look at the star at night and at dawn without having to stay up late. It is fun.

Finally we have lots of holidays but some are not special to New Zealand. Queen's birthday is celebrated in lots of countries.

The worlds biggest skateboard

 Today my class looked at a big skateboard.The biggest  skateboard in the world came to Kaniere School. The men's names were Matt James and Beaumont.Can  came to promote it can go to the Olympics.

Today I finding my self portrait it was had to trace around.I had to cut the paper out of the self portrait.We are doing it for a picture of a waka.

Onomatopoeia Art

This is my  onomatopoeia Art that I have been working on. It was hard to do. We need to get our art book out and we need  to thee thing and we need to get thee colours  which are the primary colours wish is yellow blue red.

Chromeook Pet

We made a chrome book pet  because we are studying the  Kama of Care. 
 I had a dog  cat eyes and a keyboard. I got the pictures off  Explore, I cropped then and i layered on the dog eyes.
